The technical department, led by Daher, is responsible for providing technical support for all imported equipment and delivering solutions for any type of issue.

The technical department maintains ongoing communication both with the manufacturers of the equipment and with the various departments at M.Bar Maintenance, ensuring the most comprehensive and professional service possible.

The department’s responsibilities include:

• Assisting service technicians with troubleshooting issues in the field.
• Implementing updates, upgrades, and new technologies provided by manufacturers.
• Coordinating with manufacturers regarding spare parts and warranty matters.
• Supporting sales agents with technical specifications and capabilities of imported equipment.
